LBR was nothing less than amazing. Super responsive and detail oriented. I decided to get a second opinion from them after I felt like the service department at my car dealership missed something and sure enough, they found it. Their bid matched their invoice exactly and the truck was fix and turned around very quickly.

It is really hard to articulate what a bad experience I had at LBR in Dec 2022. The office manager was curt and dismissive when I recounted the events that left my vehicle inoperable and he openly mocked me in front of the people in the office and customers. When I got the report back they decided it was because it was cold out, but had no other reason for my car breaking down. They recharged the battery and I paid $220 for this service. If you are female don’t even bother coming here. I ended up at Euro Car Service- attentive, fair pricing and great service from start to end. Update: (1/17/2023) I was texted by the owner, Michael. He claimed to want to understand what happened and provide a refund. He called me when I said I would be available. I explained what had happened. He asked for my credit card information to refund the amount of the charge. It has been 2 days and there is no credit. I will update if this changes. (1/19/2023) Michael issued a full refund.

I have LBR since we moved here in 2010. I have been so happy with them, why would I want to go anywhere else? They are thorough, courteous, and experienced. They don't do tires or wheel alignment, but have recommended others for that and the recommendations are good businesses.

"It was just a multi point inspection and an oil change, so I don’t can’t comment much on that. They were polite and there was a complementary car wash. I dropped the car off at 0800 and it was ready to pick up at 1700. That is a long time for what was done but we agreed ahead of time that I had a ride and dropping off the jeep would not be a problem. The service was (in my opinion) expensive but probably not any more expensive than a dealer service. Not a bargain but not a bad experience either."

After leaving my car with LBR, Harry contacted me that afternoon and told me that my air/fuel ratio monitoring was not functional due to old brittle hoses that were broken or leaking. I had to leave my car an extra day so they could get the appropriate part ordered but when I picked it up that evening, I noticed almost immediately that the car was performing significantly better than it had when I dropped it off including having significant "pep" during acceleration. They took the car back in and meticulously debugged the problem until they identified the root cause which turned out to be an occasionally-malfunctioning replacement part they had put in during the prior visit, which despite being defective would not cause any computer error codes. As a software engineer I can relate to the frustration and complex thinking process involved in trying to figure out what causes a malfunction which happens randomly, without any consistent repeating pattern and obvious cause. What resulted was a howling sound coming from the undercarriage which went away after things heated up. I called Harry back and he told me to bring it back in. LBR replaced the part with one from a different manufacturer at no additional charge to me. I have to express additional appreciation for Harry George. Harry is as good as they come at customer interfacing. he was attentive, available, and always credible in his interactions with me.. Reputable, fair, and trustworthy repair shops have been difficult to find for me. I will definitely return to LBR for the way they handled this unfortunate situation."

They replaced both universal joints on my rear drive line. You should always replace both when one is failing. I knew this when I took it in, and to my suprized they were both failing, they caught it, and I didn't. Now my Explorer is smooth and safe, like new! I can't prove it but I think they adjusted my rear brakes as well. They even washed it for me. It's such a joy to find guys who do honest, knowledgable work at a fair price, I trust them totally and I highly recommend them. They also let me know it's time to replace my transmission mount. They said I can do it myself no problem, but I'm so glad they gave me a heads up. ( I never would have found it, until it's to late). These guys are keepers!"
